Ted has been consulting to organizations, individuals and families since 1965. Leading Cardwell Human Resources and the Saskatchewan division of Drake Beam Morin, Ted's consulting career includes workplace conflict resolution, critical incident debriefing, stress management, outplacement counseling, leadership coaching and team building.  Ted has successfully coached many individuals, couples and organizations towards competence and wellness.  His experience encompasses work in the public service, not-for-profit and free enterprise sectors.

Ted has a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a Masters degree from the McGill School of Social Work. He is an advanced practitioner for the Heimler Foundation in London, England regarding work and wellness. Ted is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and has taught at the University of Saskatchewan in the faculties of Medicine, Nursing and Physical Education.
