One of Richard's primary strengths is his ability to translate complicated topics into simple and clear language making it easy - no matter what position within an organization one may hold - for all to understand. He is comfortable in front of a varied audience and is noted for his ability to work with those at the most senior levels within an organization as well as those on the front line.  He is able to connect theory with practical reality and apply different learning methods within his presentations, thus providing learning opportunities for everyone who attends his workshops and seminars.  His primary goal is to help individuals, teams and organizations change behaviors so that they can simply "be their best."

Experience

Prior to establishing his firm in 1984, Richard, held several senior positions in government including, Assistant Deputy Minister, Senior Consultant to Deputy Ministers on Strategic Development and Organizational Change, Executive Director of Community Services, Assistant Director of Regina Region Social Services.

Since that time, his consulting, facilitation and coaching experience has extended to over 900 firms and agencies including government departments, crown corporations, health, housing, education and social service organizations and institutions, all sizes of businesses, banking and finance, real estate, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, hospitality, energy, mining, and oil and gas industries. Richard and his firm have also assisted over 150 start-up businesses with a five year success rate of over 80%.
