In times of change, teams and work groups face many interdependent and organizational issues. Our Learning Lab is a highly interactive process where teams, work groups, or committees come together to confront change, resolve problems, deal with organizational issues, clarify vision, values and relationships. The Learning Lab is a safe, confidential environment where, with the help of an experienced coach-facilitator, participants deal with the dynamics of their work situation. The approach is both experiential and developmental where theory is blended with practical reality. In the Learning Lab participants learn from each other. The environment they create with the help of coach-facilitator becomes the incubator for change and growth.
